Yet another odd one. Picked the car up, E Class 220d 2016, had about 500 miles showing on Adblue, added a 5 litre pack, went up to 1800 miles.

I have a busy month's driving coming up, so I bought another 10 litres and some Wynnes, figured that would see me through a few months. Added the tub, but nothing seems to have changed? I don't have the countdown, obviously the 5ltr top up showed? Ive driven about 300 miles since I put the 10 litres in.

I have an icars V2, anything I can use on that to check? Is this car in trouble?

These mercs seem to take a while to work out the new range with ad blue top ups. I guess you'll get in one day to find it's registered and the range increased. Icarsoft will tell you things about ad blue ,wether it's accurate or not is another thing.

Just in case, let the seller know (assuming it's a trader), so that you have in on record.

No changes in a few days now, i have a long run planned for next week, managed to get the iCarsoft updated for now, it's not showing any fault codes in the OBDii section.

I've not had the countdown, I'm loath to put more in just in case it is fuller than the car thinks. (well, I have put 15 litres in and it's only showing 1800 miles..).

I'll email the dealer

My glc holds 25 litres I think. Range at the moment is saying close to 8000 miles.

Mines the same, but the range has only changed after the first 5ltrs i added to 1800 miles, it hasn't moved since I added the additional 10
Hopefully the Wynne's you added might clean up the sensors if they're crystallised. I always try to keep my ad blue full to the max. I read once it's best full and to keep the sensors wet .

Yeah, I'm kinda hoping it clears. There's no fault codes I can see, it has gone into "no start", no eml either, so I'm crossing everything as it's just a glitch

Unfortunately, due to it being a poor system on Mercedes, sooner or later, a fault will appear, just the nature of the beast I’m afraid.

Isn't it always the case? You have a problem, and naturally you want to get rid of the car, but obviously you can't do that unless you fix it first, so you fix it, then you're thinking: we'll, I got everything sorted now, the car is fine, why sell? The lesson is: The best time to get rid of a car is when everything is working fine! :D

But I've only just bought it lol. I'm hoping my local can have a look next week and try a reset, see what that does. Like I say, not actual fault codes etc, so fingers crossed. Dealer is aware there's an issue as well
