Manually adblue full but the dashboard message adblue level can’t measured

I think he is saying he has filled it with adblue but the problem remains.

Maybe overfilled then and the optic sensor cannot read the level, this is a guess btw as i work on jlr brand and the amount of this we get after folk fills themselves is unreal
