adjustable steering

Hi,

Is the steering wheel adjustable in a 97 c-class 280 sport? the manual says it is, but i can't find the lever anywhere.

It was an option, so it is referred to in the manual but will not be in your car if the first owner did not order it. If you have it, the lever is next to the parking brake release lever.
