Advice Please

Hi Everyone

I'm looking for a cheap, reliable, and comfortable second-hand car with an auto box and have seen a few 2004/2005 Mercedes C180s which I quite like. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me if there any particular faults I should be looking out for.

The first obvious comment is that a 2004'5 car is 12+ years old so best to look for a car that's aged about half of that in motoring terms. Lots of things to look out for but the early mitsubishi designed twin cam M271 tends to have timing chain problems at high mileage.
