Aftermarket exhaust?

Just browsing the used Mercedes stock online and spotted the vehicle below which looks rather nice.

C350 Estate

Looking at the exhaust it has twin tailpipes both side rather than the usual single either side set up. Would this have been a Mercedes option or is it an aftermarket jobbie?

I'm sure quad tailpipes aren't an M-B option for a 350 CDI.

That's what I was thinking but then I didn't think they would retail a car with an aftermarket exhaust on.

It does look rather nice though.

It may be a standard twin exhaust with 'split' tailpipes added, which would just be a simple cosmetic mod. If the rear skirt was trimmed for the 4 tailpipes it would be expensive to revert to stock though.
