Hi all and merry Xmas !!!!

So I purchased an air ride kit for the. W211 merc that I own but only to find I still need all the accessories but can’t find anything ???? Does anyone know where I need to be looking and who to contact please ?? I’ve got 2 front air struts, 2 rear air bags and the compressor and lol no wonder the kit was only £850 !!

Hi, where did you buy the kit, what make is it? The only kits I’ve seen for w211 is air lift management with DC racing shocks and air lift bags. Was it a used kit? You should of got a large air tank and all the air lines. Any links to what you bought ?

you said rear air bags, you also need the shocks for the rear too, any pictures of what you have currently ?

I own a aftermarket performance company and specialise in Air ride and management systems.

What exactly have you bought and what brand parts etc?

Do you have a tank or air lines?

Hi guys and thanks for the responses !! I will get a photo up ASAP and no the kit is from China and all sale was for was front and rear struts/ air bags lol I had to haggle for a deal inc a compressor pump ! Then the company “all-parts buddy actually based in Bardon, leceister... told me I would have to get the accessories locally.... ??? Think I will be sending the job lot back and start again !?!?!?

I’ve realised that what I’ve actually done is bought a set of worn air bag replacements and not an actuall full system hence the price ! Should be around £2k I’d say

Hi Lewis, yes I posted 3 photo s earlier ? So where did they go then ??

Ah right ok, says images were too big to upload....

Right there uploaded but not sure the front strut is too visible now ?!?!?!?

I see now, What you have there is a factory set up, you’ll need the air matic module, loom, coding, air lines, fuse and relay box for compressor. Basically far too much work to retro fit to a car without air matic.

That stuff is of no use to you, too much work to implement on your car. Best of approaching air lift performance for a complete aftermarket kit

Bugger ! Best return the stuff then ! Ok thanks

You could use the struts and rear bags with an aftemarket management pack. Airlift don't make a kit for your car but airrex do make the struts, conbined with airlift management, you're onto a winner.

Where did you buy this from? £850 seems cheap for all these components if OE spec

True, but then he won’t have adaptive dampers, no choice of soft or hard setting dampers as they won’t be plugged in. I guess it wouldn’t matter too much but I would personally like to Retain this if it was me, so I reckon op should go with a proper air lift kit.

I’m going to send the kit back as as said above, this kit I don’t have height adjustment etc lol let alone any accessories. So I will check out AirREX and other companies and expect to pay £2k ish

Airlift don’t make a kit for this model. He could fit bilstein fixed rear dampers and use it as aftermarket setup quite easily.
