Alacantara Seat refurbishment

Good afternoon

I have searched the internet for details on refurbishing my grey alacantara insert in my R Class drivers seat.
Its a 56 model and the seat has started to bobble and looks tired.
I have tried using a suede rubber and a razor to remove the bobbles but I think replacing the material is now required.
Any information would be gratefully received.

Where abouts are you? Ask D-class in Chobham. They will probably know.

I have given them a call and they can replace the seat fabric for around £300
