MY '99 SLK ALARM ARMS AND LOCKS THE DOORS(JUST CHAGED THE PSE PUMP) BUT DOES NOT MAKE ANY NOISE AT ALL. CAN THE NOISE BE SWITCHED OFF?
SOMEONE TOLD ME A BATTERY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED ON THE SIREN, ANYONE DONE THIS?

The siren needs replacing

Been to merc dealership today and the siren he showed me was wrong. According to the part no on the item(js1064xgc) it is a scorpion item that was fitted by mercedes when new. I'm just tying to source one now

ive been able to source one from scorpion, its on back order, £40ish +vat/delivery.
