I'm guessing this is just a coincidence but thought i'd best check 100% as you never know!!
My car is due it's service (going in tomorrow for service and MOT) and in the build up to this the dash display and been telling me in decreasing multiples of 100 miles that the service is due in xxx miles.
Yesterday for the 1st time ever the car alarm went off, there seemed to be no discernable reason why it should have gone off. But when I got in the car and started it I noticed that it was now saying the service was due in 0 miles (as opposed to the 100 it was on when i started the journey)
So (and please don't laugh..
) the alarm going off wasn't the car telling me the service was now due was it....?
I'm guessing not! So in that case, any ideas why the alarm went off? Is it something I need to mention tomorrow? (it's not gone off since..)
