I don't understand why some of my mp3 files show the album artwork and others don't on my comand system of my S204 C250 estate.
For the albums with missing artwork I used the program MP3Tag on my PC to add the artwork but it still doesn't show on the comand system?
Any help please....

Sometimes this can be caused by either, wrong file format or file size to large. Open some tracks that display & some that don't in MP3tag, then look in the bottom left corner where the image is displayed. It shows file format, I tend to stick to JPEG although other formats will work PNG etc. Then look at the size, some devices won't display anything above 200 x 200 pixels. I also have a s204 but with Audio 20 & have kept all images at 300 x 300 or below & they all display fine. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply, I came to the same conclusion and have now resized the artwork and it shows fine.
The only issue i'm having now is not all the folders on the USB are showing on comand. Im not sure if I have too many files within the root file structure?

Good Result. Sorry can't help with your other problem as I don't have Comand.

Not sure if this applies to folders, but I had an issue recently where some tracks in folders were not appearing in Comand, when I selected my SD card. The answer seemed to be that some were .m4p format and others were .m4a. I think the m4p files were digital rights protected files purchased through iTunes. I converted some to .m4a and they worked after that. Seems a bit long winded to convert a lot of other files in this way. I think the answer is not to purchase through iTunes, but I'm not entirely sure I've got this sussed yet!
