If it has Designo seats, I wonder what other options it has? Someone who spends money on THOSE seats should be able to afford to put a few very nice options on the basic Avantgarde.

On the plus side you would not have to worry about someone bleeding all over the seats.

When I was learning unarmed combat my opponent literally bit straight through his tongue. The instructer kicked him off the 'do-jo' to avoid any blood stains Now if it had that colour leather...... (Happy days.... )

Certainly well kitted out and only 5000 miles.

it says its had new leather and a colour change... Translated - Been in a major accident, had to have new interior and complete respray, probably with many new panels... Done by a backstreet garage....

looks like cubanite silver to me ...

the leather seats have a tacky white star on them which is definitely not designo nor MB factory. I reckon it's been done locally.

When I said "Well kitted out" PLEASE do not think I am referring to the seating. My remarks only apply to the Mercedes-Benz options and rear monitors.

The seats are perhaps not to my own personal taste

Hi Guys,

Here is a copy of a email sent to a perspective buyer.

The car is a standard E430 avantegarde with all the AMG goodies being put on during manurfacture(wheels, suspension, amg bits) I have the original details with a supply price of £54,000 from MB. There is nothing I have had to report to my insurers as all the extras are mainly electrical and cosmetic. I am 35 with full no claims I last paid about £650 fully comp.

The log book shows two former keepers. The previous registration was R******. THE vin NUMBER IS WDB2100702*****. It HAS MOT and tax until next Nov, I have about 30 receipts which total about £5,000. I have the last TWO MOT certS and three tax discs. The service book has 8 stamps ,6 MB & 2 specialists. I have just had the front brakes, disks, ball joints and suspension parts changed. All tyres are nearly new.

How about I put it on Ebay, and you can be a bidder, that way we know that you get a fair price.

The fuel consumption that is showing on the computer is 26 mpg worked over the last 2500 miles, mainly motorway, would expect 15-20 at best round town.
