AMG A35 Owners Thread

Are all A35 cars badly built, or is it just mine, been in to dealer twice for the same interior rattles and they can never hear it, let alone fix it, last time they had the car for 5 day, can’t hear the noise, I got car back and heard the rattles within 5 minutes and also a few new ones, car is going back to dealer in a couple of weeks for a new problem, engine management light is now on, car was built in Finland, only good thing to come from there is the sauna.

Sorry to hear you have these issues. My A35AMG is 11 months old and I have had no issues. My son has a A200 and no issues. That said, I had an A45 once that had continual gear box issues which were never resolved where many were fine... You'd think building in such big numbers and with generally automated production lines there would be more consistency...

I have the aero pack on my A35. Whilst I like the look - I’ve decided I’m a bit old for the Aerofoil on the rear spoiler.

I’d be keen to swap the rear spoiler (incl. attached Aerofoil) with another W177 owner. Spoiler and Aerofoil authentic AMG and is in mint condition.

my car is Iridium Silver - ideally I’d swap with someone with the same colour but could get them sprayed.

anyone out there who would swap? I’m London based.

Nah, your never too old, keep the aerofoil, it looks great.

I have a JB4 tuning box on my ‘R’ that takes it to 370 ish so hoping for something similar.

Other than that de-badge, fit dashcam and possibly red seat belts.

I'm also looking to move into my first proper AMG with the A35. Before I buy though, I want to know the full service schedule so I am informed when deciding.

I believe the standard A and B services interchange every 12 months or 12500 miles
Was there a run-in service?
What about the transmission service
What about the 4matic gear?
Any other major service parts outside the A & B services?

Just want to know what I should see if I see a car 4yrs old / 40k-45k and what I need to be doing over the coming 2-3yrs
