Annoying rattle

I have an annoying rattle on my 2007 w211, it sounds like it's coming from around the roof area. It does have the pan roof amd makes no difference if the roof is open or closed and the blind. Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

yes, mine did this, Pan roof also. the wind deflector was loose and would not pop up
