Another happy Zymol user

I'll bet you smell "lurvley" :p

I Zymolled me alloy wheels yesterday. After my car came back from the bodyshop they have polished/waxed the entire car even though it only went in for the boot lid. Anyways hopefully the Zymol will keep me wheels looking sparkly for that little bit longer.

I too took some piccies with me camera phone yesterday since it was such a bright day. Dunno if they are worthy of posting though, I need a proper Digi-Cam.

Your car looks great in the new pics!! Shame about the colour but Shude could photoshop that for you if you ask him nicely enough :p :D Xenon headlights... [face_drool]

Going to use Zymol as a shower gel from now on, smells great :D

Be nice to see what my car would look like with some good 17" alloys on (Hint Hint ;) )

You'll never rust if you do :p

Ooh which type of 17" are you going for? I'm intrigued.

Still working on the wife but saw an e class with wheel that had slightly bigger holes in than our but still quite plain.
Any clever person wants to show me some options on my car using their posh art packages then I would be very grateful.

Looks good :)

I still smell of Zymol too ! (Still - I guess there are far worse things to smell of . . . )

If I were going to put bigger wheels on mine, then 17s upwards would have to be AMGs for me - personally don't like the "holed" wheels in the larger sizes . . but maybe that's just me . . . depends what sort of look you want to go for too.

(not sure if you can get 17s in that style anyway . . . what do you have at the moment ? 15s ? - in which case you might have seen 16s in the same style on an E class - but they have a different offset to the W202, I think)

I have 16's on at the moment and I have to say that I agree on the AMG's but the wife hates them (Dooohh) so I will have to compromise ;)

I would highly recommend going up a stage and ditching the 'Zymol Cleaner Wax' for one of the proper canuba based Zymol jobbies - starting at about £40.

Bloomin fantastic they are.

I'm waiting for my bottle to run out before doing this . . although have to say that for the price, I'm pretty pleased with the results with the Cleaner Wax . . and despite always seeming to overapply / using too much of the stuff, the bottle shows no sign of running out !!!

**EDIT - Oh - does the £40 stuff smell as good ? **

Whats all this waxing and polishing you talk of?

You really need Diamondbrite!

It smells good but not quite as strong. Its about three times as fast to apply than the cleaner wax and lasts ...... well...at least 15 washes before I thought I should re-apply it. I reserve the cleaner wax for doing the interior panels. (why use airfresheners or smellies when you can wax your plastic panels with Zymol)

diamondbrite vs polishing

as jimmy clearly states"whats this polishing you talk about"we are in the year 2004,polishing vs diamondbrite, its like comparing a computer to a chalkboard,my grandad used to polish his model t ford, lol,.one application no more for 5 years "or so they say".move forward with technology ,do you think the guys at nasa use polish on the shuttle,no they use diamondbrite.and if i had my way i'd sell it them
carry on the good work all
