e300td w210
Just bought a clk320 w208 as some nice person parked in the back om my e300 but it seems to slide out in the corners at very normal speeds the abs and stability come on and it stops the slide but just wondering if anyone has had this before its got 4 brand new tires and the roads where dry
Any help would be great thanks

Are the tyres cheap ditchfinders or a quality brand?

Too much gas exiting corners will make even a 320 twitch a bit. Maybe you aren't used to the car yet.

There mid range tyres and it's mostly entering corners and when I say normal speeds i mean under 20 mph and there not sharp corners it just doesn't seem right to me

I'd try a 4 wheel alignment. Oh and double check the tyre pressures.

What temperature (outside /air / road) was this at?

If it's cold, some summer tyres can be surprisingly slippery

are the tyres directional ?
are they fitted on the right way around ?

Brand new tyres need some miles to bed in

All the tires seem fine fitted properly and correct pressure the cars fine off the line you can floor it and get no spin it's just in the corners

What size/width rims?

What make and size of tyre fitted?

What pressures front/rear?

What road conditions?

Sounds like a rear tracking problem to me..

For peace of mind, have a 4-wheel alignment done. If there's a problem with a colapsed bush or whatever, it should reveal itself..
