anyone seen this hapening before

i was having a look around my engine,monitering the oil leak that i have, and i noticed the tensioner pulley was wobbling a bit,so i took the belt of etc,and this is what i found,heres some pics,

It was only wobbling a bit?

Think you got lucky there...

A bit of JB weld should sort that.

Well it is 14 years old
Change a lot of the auto tensioners on the small trucks at work also used to be a common fail when i was into landrovers.
