Anyone using Ferodo DS2500 brake pads on AMG Mercedes and do they make a lot of noise brake squeal?

I have used Ferodo DS2500 on other vehicles before and found they are very good apart from brake squeal now and then.

Hi had them on a Volvo t5, a little noise but very very dusty

I've had them on for about 2-3 weeks' worth of driving and haven't experienced any brake squeal at all.

However, the pads lack the groove where you'd put the brake pad sensor so I had to forgo them and trick the sensor to stop the light coming up on dash

Was there a lot of improvement in stopping power over standard pads

That's a bit rubbish not to have the sensor cutout though. The Brembo pads I put on mine did.

I've recently installed them and have had a little brake squeal but I haven't bedded them in properly yet.
