- Recent service at J-Car VAG specialists including health check and clear vag-com check
- Detail done by Eclipse Auto Valet in September 2012 (Eclipse Auto Valet, Mobile valeter in Swansea) who can vouch for condition of car.
- Full health check at PW Motorsport at start of 2012 including confirmation of correct cam timings (healthy tensioner) waxoyl of underneath of car, door sills etc and vagcom fault codes
- New OEM Front Discs and Pads fitted 15th April 2012

Negative Points
- Front Alloy wheels could do with refurb if being picky
- Minor chips on front of car as per any 9 year old car with 90k+
- Recent light scuff on rear bumper and scuff on rear arch (as seen in pics) both would machine polish out
- Car park ding on rear driver’s side door (very minor, can’t see in pics)
- Pea sized chip on driver’s door took lacquer off in last 2 weeks, touched up but not perfect
Has been an amazing car for me for two years but since I found out we are having a second child I have been looking at something quicker with more room. I had toyed with idea of selling it in the summer as we had moved opposite my work so second child confirmed decision and also focused me on what I wanted to replace it.
The car was on a long life service plan until the owner before me took ownership, after which he put her on a yearly change schedule which I have followed albeit on a more excessive every 6k schedule which has drastically reduced the top-ups needed from every 2-3k to not needing to do it between changes. In my ownership I have had the coil packs replaced as they fell under Audi’s recall (no problem with them was told I could have them replaced for free!) I also have replaced the brake light sensor which is a VAG weakness and also have had her detailed.
A lovely car that hasn’t wanted for anything, she runs beautifully but for peace of mind before selling I took it to a local Audi specialist for a health check as well as a service which it passed with flying colours. As well as the recent check it also went to PW Motorsport in early 2012 which showed that the engine is running great, cam timings all checked out – which is a good sign the tensioner is fine – and no other issues on the car.
It was detailed in September and on the weekend I spent a couple of days washing her as per normal with 2 buckets Meguiars NXT Car Wash, Meguiars Stage 2 Polish and finally a coating of Meguiars Carnauba Wax. Aside from the odd age marks she is in excellent condition both inside and out.
Price is £7,495ono - I’m located in Carmarthen, South West Wales but am willing to travel further east to meet buyers if needed as have family in Cardiff. Any more questions or photo requests then please let me know.
I am looking to get a E55 AMG W211 as a replacement – be very interested in p/ex’ing the S4 towards one of those so let me know if interested in some sort of deal.
