Yes yes, I know it's been covered numerous times on here. I've just spent an hour going through the search facility and reading all the threads on the subject.

The explanations are simply not something I understand and this needs to be spelled out to me in dumb English that I can understand.

Firstly I don't own an ipod, iphone or ianything.

I have copied my CD's to my computer using Windows media player, I have used this to sync tham all to a USB stick which plugs in nicely in the centre console and I get lots of music with little space taken. What I don't get are the album covers appearing on the Audio 20 screen.

All the album covers appear in media player and also appear on the USB when it copies over.

What do I need to do to get the to show on the screen in the car?

Cover work is not always stored with the music file, sometimes is stored oa library file for ease and speed of access. That is why it might show on media player/ iPod. I had the same problem when I bought the car and I managed to sort it out with most help from jonnystuartuk

My music manager is iTunes which uses a library to store artwork. Media player could be doing the same.

What I had to do is to run an application to force iTunes to save the artwork with the music file. It took over 24h to do my whole 400 cd collection but it sorted out 95% of them. For this application to work, iTunes need to have all the artwork in its library. In other words, artwork must show on iTunes.

I did a lot of research about this and I found iTunes was the best, fastest way to correct all the artwork. If I were you I would do the following.

1)Download iTunes
2)Import all music
3)Select the automatic download artwork option in itunes
4)Download and run https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/688/~/automatically-embed-itunes-album-art-on-a-pc
