Audio nightmare please help

Just bought an ML350 sport 2011 which has a command system. When I put in a cd to play audio it says disk not recognised. I have put a cleaning dvd into the machine and that reads fine plays music and shows images but my audio cd's wont play. They are original discs not copies is there a setting somewhere to play audio cd's?

Other thing is I have an I Phone 6 which is connecting via bluetooth for telephone functions, but can I play my music through the bluetooth aswell?

Sounds like the laser is failing in the COMAND. I beleiuve CD and DVD use different frequency lasers, and so yes one can work and one not.

You have NTG2.5 COMAND. It does not support Bluetooth Audio streaming. Does you car have the Media Interface option (look for rectangluar socket in top of glovebox rather than round 3.5mm socket). If so, you can get a Tune2Air and plug it in to that for BT audio streaming. https://www.commandonline.co.uk/viseeo-wma300a.html
