audio problems on a 52 plate c class

ok so i just brough this c class avangard estate , its a 270 cdi , however when i brought it it had a command fitted with a white screen , and the audio kept going off , no orries i thought ill junk it , and fit my trusty Jvc Xhad touch screen jobby ,

fitted it with a conects 2 can bus adapror for ign live , reverse and light on signal , it also douse the wheen controls ,

i have no optical cables in the car that i can find , nore can i find any amps , i have looked in the boot were the bass box would go and behind the fuse box ,

the issue is the sound keeps going off the car is triping the amp in the jvc ,

this morning i got a DMM out and went a the wiring to see what i could see , i found the the left hand speker reads 1.2 ohms to eath one one of the pins and .3Meg ohm when the ignition is on ,

this test was done from the connecter that goes to the radio with the radio disconected ,

accros the speakers i get 5.2 ohm on the froms both the same and 6.4 on the rears both the same

i have no sub fitted ,

any thoughts , am i missing a amp in the car some were

also any clue how to set the clock ?

so when i open the left hand door , the fauly clears but comes back when i close the door so i think its door card off time , or just drive around with the pass door open

right Fixed ,the tweeter had come lose and was shorting out , a dab of hot melt on it , job done radio now works
