Need some help on finding out how to remove my Audio20 unit in my 2013 C Class W204 - the guides i found on google dont match my interior - attached is what my unit looks like - any ideas how i can remove the unit?
The entire aluminium trim has to be prised off and the attached wiring unclipped. Tape the wiring plug prominently by the air vent. The cable is very short and is easy to forget about during re-installation that's why. Looking down on top of the audio unit you will see a screw on each corner, unscrew both for almost an inch then push down on them to release the security fittings. That should release the unit, if not then unscrew a bit more.
