As people should know putting print outs from Autodata on the forum is against the rules of the forum.

There have been several raids in the UK, the 2 biggest in Norfolk where all of the computers were confiscated by trading standards, these raids are still going on through out the UK.

Interestingly I received a PM 4 weeks ago on both forums from someone with a zero post count saying.

"After reading your answers and the way that I word answers, I would love to know where you get your information from and what source I use"

I did not reply.
It would appear that computers running the illegal copies can be confiscated.

They're watching us!lol!

What's Autodata?

Autodata is a firm, the largest in the world that sell service and repair faults to the trade along with all data for all cars, much of the information is not on the MB computer.

There have been pirate copies on Ebay for a couple of year now.

Anyone can subscribe or buy the books, but even it you do that, you are not allowed to copy or put the info up here onto the forum

Norfolk eh! People still point at aeroplanes here and the local plod have only just heard of 'pooters'!:o

I had a subscription to it but didn't think it was much good really. Didn't bother renewing.

I know the Smart info is so far wrong it even says the wrong oil (semi-synthetic when they need fully) so I really wouldn't trust it for the rest!
