This company is not a reliable reputable company any more. I know this from the last 5 transactions. All 5 after providing VIN number, reg number and even original part number. They sent completely wrong part. The parts also came from various diffirent other companies from all over the world. Aftermarket cheapo parts. So it is somebody carrying on the autodoc name and as good as the website looks and the app. I would advise not to use because it took over a month to get refund for each wrong part. 1, 2 or 3 bad transactions over the years maybe questionable but 5 in the space of a month cmon. I am giving genuine feedback for last 5 transactions here.

Unfortuntely for me and the customers, suspension springs, nox sensors, MAF sensor (even the connector was completely wrong) , intercooler hose and a full brake disk and pad kit ALL COMPLETELY WRONG. I have also been given parts from there by customers who ordered themselves then came to me with their car and the part for me to tell them it needs sent back as it completely wrong part resulting in more delayed time (sometimes delayed MOT too) for the customer.

Just to add to this thread , the 2 shock absorbers I ordered arrived within 3 days . I did order the wrong ones at first but the online chat assistant corrected my order for me . They arrived well packaged and were what I ordered. Funny thing is there were £95 each and today they are £127 . Gotta watch for that 41% off code Buddy
