There are so many responses I would have to ban myself for, so I 'll just respond with this drivel so hopefully it gets it out my system.

I don't get the polishing thing at all I'm afraid.

Automotive Porn? this is one place I would rather forget the foreplay... and get straight to the climax... WOW what an end product ....

Saying that - so much CF to make it lightweight - and all you do is add a fat overweight driver and out of the windows goes the weight saving!

How DARE you, you filthy swine!
If my wife caught me looking at that...............

(sneaks back for another look)

Clean or dirty, that car looks good and goes like the dogs!

If people don't like what they see, just move on to another post. The shots of cleaning in progress is not about 'a man washing a car' ...it's about showing a stunning car at it's very best, which some people DO appreciate.

whats the inside about... looks horrible... some of the dials look like they came from a ford KA...

and after all that a flock of seguls flew over head

dont see the point in cleaning as it only gets dirty again

my mate does this work "ROY" and he charges about £500 to do 1 car !

i pointed out the polish do a great job for £5

That's a heck of a statement to make when you can clearly see the differences in reflectivity of your own car.
That's not meant to be rude, just an observation. Get Roy to blast round it with the polisher, you will be amazed at the result.

Side view.

I wish my Ford Ka looked like that!!  and went like it too

I guess if you can afford £1.5m for a car like that you can afford to pay someone £500 to clean and polish it for you so that it stays looking gorgeous. Whereas if you run around in a £1.5k car then £5 for a clean might be proportionate - but so is the finish ;)

Ah, to think of the retirement I could enjoy with that money. And he'd get to sit in the same 15-mile-an-hour traffic jams I do. Just don't try taking it on the freeways around San Francisco. I'll get lost in a pothole.
Quite the machine, but.

I think it's time to take down the poster of the white Countach that i've had since 1988, i have just come across it's successor!

That is gorgeous car and an absolutely stunning job.
I had the paint correction machine polish eariler this year, and it bought my lowly '124 out a treat! That car must have looked in better in the metal....er....carbon fibre!
BUT:
How does one correct paint when there's no paint! ;)

Yer, I know it's really a process of removing scratches from the lacquer

Darren

Lovely car and nothing wrong with wanting it to to look good.
However, there is a fine line between "wanting it to look look good" and having an rather sad obsession towards total perfection.

To me a car is at its most enjoyable when being driven well.
If you have to worry about going through a muddy puddle or getting stone chips, then that rather detracts from the driving experience.

But each to his own and whatever floats your own personal boat.
