Auxiliary battery location/failure

Hi all,

I’ve got a 2017 e class e220d and as above, I’m getting intermittent error messages about auxiliary battery failure. I’ve looked in the boot but can’t see one under the liner, where else could it be? And is it an easy fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update,

I’ve checked the QR code and it’s show the below image. I’ve checked all the battery locations but there isn’t a battery other than the main car battery

Is there a how2 on how to access it? I’m terrible with maintenance!!
