Does any body know if the BlueEfficiency badge on the front wings on a 2011 C350 are glue on or pinned , I reckon glue , want to finish de-badging car .cheers.

Easy way to find out is to use dental floss in a sawing action between the body of the car and the badge.

I would assume that they're glued.

They are/were on my W212 E Class and came off very easily with warm water and a plastic card to raise them though, as said above dental floss (or fishing line) should work equally well.

They are glued on, and are easy to remove with dental floss. However, after debadging mine one of the wings had an indent in the clearcoat, as if the badge had been put on while the clearcoat was still drying. Possibly a poor repair from MB and very likely just on mine but I had to put back the badges.

Thanks for all your input, if you have marks in the lacquer you can use 2000 or finer wet 'n' dry to flat back a little then rebuff with G10 or G12 and then polish . :thumb:
