What they really mean to say is that they have probably been lying around for ages and they need to bin them.
They would look ok on a Sprinter but not on a car.
Entry level spec vehicles i.e. a W211 Classic, early W220s (S280s) and entry level SLKs R170 came with these wheels as standard.
