Beast or Fowl? (BMW or MB)?

Spotted the following on the M62 this morning. Am I nuts or is that a BMW rear and a MB front? (and that 3-star is yuck!!) And when we opened my window for the pic it sounded like a dishwasher with a turbine! - seriously

Looks lik a 190E with an ill advised body kit.

100% Mercedes-Benz.

Big stars in the grilles of MB's that were never designed to have stars in the grilles look absolutely awful.

I had one of those duck tail spoilers on my last 190. It was a genuine AMG spoiler. Well made piece of kit as I remember They were available for the w124 also at that time. I hate those big star emblems except on the sports models they were designed for. Guess we will have to get used to more of them with the new C class.

Yep looks like an AMG rear spoiler fitted to the rear boot, looked good if all the other extras were fitted to the car. I am sure you could get a SEC style bonnet which covered 1/3 of the front head lamps(so the beams were behind the grill).

The grill it hs fitted does not look right, especially as the car hasnt even been lowered to set it off.

The front looks like a totally standard 190e apart from the crome painted green and the stupid star, nothing else has been modded?
