Becker radio code

hi folks

can any one help me with a code for a Becker radio

Model BE 4113
Serial 38109986
bar code 4113BL038109986

its for my work Vito van
my company as changed hands and the code as been lost went to Mercedes
but it would be cheaper to buy a new radio

Have you tried the Dealer.
They often supply the codes FOC, but if not for a small charge.

if you pm your chassis number as merc dont reconize the serial number i may be able to get it for you, if the radio is not the original you may have to get it recoded.....

On the Sprinters "0000" would work. Have you tried this on the Vito?

Also, if you email DC UK Cus Services with the chassis details and fax them proof of ownership i.e. V5 then they would retrieve the code FOC for the original head unit. However, MBTECHNICIAN will most likely be able to resolve this for you.

yes and it usually does not work on beckers for some reason!

works perfectly for peugeot's and silly cars like that

Hi all,

I'm looking for advise on a similar problem.

My mother in law's boyfriend has an old 190 with Becker BE 1100 (Europa 2000) radio (serial BE 1100 C 4623209).

The car has been serviced by an old friend of his, a retired car technician.
The car's battery has been disconnected for 3 days, after which the radio would not work and only display "code".

De code is, ofcourse, nowhere to be found.

Stupid as we are, we tried whatever we would think of, but now it only displays "----".

Does anybody know if the radio can be reactivated very cheap, by an official MB technician or any other way?

If not I guess we will have to get a new radio and hope we find a connector conversion kit for easy fitting.
