I always thought the 512 BBi was a beautiful & underrated car.

I still remember the issue of Car with 3 gold Lambos in convoy. Fantastic stuff. It was the best car magazine in the world.

A couple of years after the Convoy! article I was given a howling, snarling, sideways, sphincter clenching, white knuckle ride at going to jail speeds in one of the 50 Silhouettes made along Santa Monica & Wilshire Blvds in the early hours of an L.A. Sunday morning. Amazing the cops didn't get us as you could hear the Lambo's exhaust reverb up the concrete canyons of Wilshire Blvd for a long, long way.
