Black Series engine and transmission mounts

@badgx Hi, hope all is well bud. How are these mounts holding up now 2 years on? Any further feedback on these in terms of vibration to OE mounts.

All is well thanks good friend and long time no hear. Yes the bs engine mounts are great, no complaints, I'm very happy and highly recommend

With regards to bs transmission mounts, I personally prefer the original stock transmission mounts, theyre more comfortable. The bs transmision mount makes car feels a tiny bit hard and stiff over speed bumps. I could also feel the engine on cold start so therefore i would suggest sticking to the original factory transmission mounts which are a bit softer and smaller in size too

Thanks for that. Im thinking of getting B/S mounts fitted too. Did you need to use any different nuts and bolts for these. Or any washers?

Same bolts and washer, needs special tool/spanner for the top nut

I'm getting my mounts done after merc fix the subframe and the dealer does the brakelines. I am considering BS engine mounts too

Yeah I couldn't find it either for the W212. However, when at the Parts Department today they said the E55 Transmission mounts part has superseded to A2122400318 from A2202400118 which is used for the 212 too judging by the part number.
