Blackberry help?

Hi all

I use a bberry bold 9700 and love it. I've bought a Samsung Pixon as a 2nd phone as I am in the process of changing numbers.
I recall berrys are weird when it comes to contacts etc and what I need to do is take sim card number 1 out of bberry and into samsung, sim card 2 from samsung into the bberry but I want to retain the contacts and emails on the bold, and also copy the contacts onto the samsung.
Being a technophobe, how do I do this??

The easy way is to sync your blackberry to outlook so all your contacts are in Outlook using the blackberry desktop manager.

Once your contacts are in outlook you can use something like Welcome to BitPim to sync them to your samsung device over USB.
