In my part time (anti boredom) job I am driving a lot of different new cars and am looking for a decent Blue Tooth earpiece to pair with my Blackberry Storm. I bought a cheepie from Halfords for a tenner but the battery life is pretty poor.

Any recommendations guys?

I had a Samsung something or other which was very good but picky about what you paired it with.

Then I got a Nokia one (I think it's a BH-700) and it's just great. Very small to carry around works with everything I've tried and no complaints at all.

You can get them (or I did) fairly cheap on Amazon but be careful to avoid the rubbish copies from the far east. There are a lot of fakes about.

Edit: Battery life is not an issue with it either

Please ensure you only wear it when actually using the phone in your car. People who walk around with BT earpieces in whilst not making a phone call in a car are complete tools!

You think :p:p

I once worked with a bloke who used to wear one in each ear! I wouldn't take him seriously until he removed them!

To save you looking like a d*ck, why don't you get one of these.

Mobile Phone Accessories - Three Accessories

£20 quid, easy to use with a big f*ck off ANSWER button, a nice swivelly volume control and you have the advantage of being able to hide it away when not in use by attaching it to your visor and flipping it down when your phone goes off, brilliant!

Not only do you not have to loop it over your lug and look like a photocopier salesman or an ageing taxi driver but you also save yourself money by not sitting on the blo*dy thing or standing on it when it inadvertantly falls out of your ear, onto the mat and under your shoe thus not having to replace it every week.

You may also notice (much like a 9 hour flight using cheap and nasty inflight headphones) your ear eventually feels like someones ignited a box of matches in there.

Most importantly you'll be able to listen to Jeremy Vine in both ears rather than just the unblocked one.
