Bluetooth streaming audio problem 20

Hi. I have a Mercedes A250 with Audio20 audio system and I have a problem. Sometimes when I connect audio 20 bluetooth and mobile phone bluetooth for audio streaming, this one is sometimes cut frequently. It doesn't always happen, but when it does it is quite uncomfortable. I have already entered the engineer mode but I cannot find any option to reset the bluetooth audio module. I have reset the system to factory settings 2 times but it keeps happening to me. Has anyone been in this situation? What do you recommend?

Try another phone if you can, just to establish if the issue is with the phone or with Audio20.

Then contact the dealer for a firmware update for the Audio20 unit.

Ok. Tomorrow I will try to pair an old iPhone 6 with my Audio20 system.

If the problem persists, the Audio20 software only can be updated in an official mercedes-benz dealer?

Okay. I will try pairing another mobile device with my audio 20 system and if the problem is not solved I will consider the option to update the software at a Mercedes dealer.
