Bluetooth w 169

Hi. Have got a W169 A170 with Bluetooth. Trouble is I cant get my phone or the car to pair. Blue light is flashing okay on the in car module but maybe there is nobody at home. Any suggestions [ polite ] please.

Do you have the Mercedes Bluetooth module HFP... and which phone are you trying to connect, i had issues connecting the latest phones as module did not support all phones.

i upgraded module to viseo MB4 which connects to everything

Yes I have the HFP have tried with an HTC One and a Samsung and a Lumia 640 but no luck. I will see if I can get hold of the MB4 if it connects to any and maybe it will solve my problem. mick
