Evening all,

I have a 2008 w204 c220

After a routine service today I have long list of things to address… the main one being a rotted out rear subframe.. which I’m hoping Mercedes will replace FOC.

One of my other issues is a big boost leak which the garage say is more than likely a split/leaky pipe. I’m just going to replace the pipes. Problem is there is two (one each side) I’m trying to buy them but can only find one of them which is charger intake hose. What is the other one called??? Or does anyone have part numbers. Mine are not the HENN type but the older fittings/ jubilee

Many thanks

James

Thanks,

Yeah the place I took the car assured me that Mercedes cover it under good will so should be ok it’s booked in next week for a visual check. But in the mean time I need to resolve boost issue. There’s two pipes down the bottom of engine bay I’m just going to renew them to rule them out. But can only find the name of one of them. Or are they identical

Hi, apologies to open up/bump an older thread.

I was travelling on the motorway at 70 and I had the ⚠️ pop up with cruise control speedtronic fault... Car powered down not like full limp mode but just no real go. Pulled over turned did and on... fault went then would come back later. Scanned it today wondering if it was speed sensors but they seemed ok. Had a charge air fault as historical... Also at the same time the light came on the car made like a whoosh noise under heavy acceleration but this went when you took foot of pedal and returned under acceleration. Boost pipe sound, we stripped the undertrays off and found passenger side nsf boost pipe has a split on it... Now questions are, would this flag the esp fault??? If so how?? Anyone with alot more knowledge of these mercedes c220 cdis able to help a little?? Concerned there is more than one fault at play here and it's costing an arm and a leg 😁 thanks again and sorry if this has already been mentioned but I checked forums and thought this would be the best one to reopen... ✌️
