boost problem

My best advice is to stop throwing parts at it and get it diagnosed by a specialist or dealer. Do a smoke test first. This is where teh entire intake system is filled with smoke to identify leaks. A very small one can cause your issue.

They suffer from leaks around the inlet manifolds as the bolts snap.
i am trying to find a garage that can do a smoke pressure test no luck so far.

When I changed my exhaust to a Catback Titanium exhaust system on my E53 Coupe mine would also go into limp mode (no boost) if I floored it. Quick restart and the boost would come back again same as yours except the error code I got was a P029909

how did you fix your problem

Most garages have them. There must be a MB specialist near to where you live?
