boot hinges interchangeable ??

hi guys i'm after a set of boot hinges for a 2001 cl w215 iv'e found a set on ebay and their showing fitment for w220 but they recon they will fit a w215 is there anyone who could confirm this for me please my part numbers are 215 750 03 87 and 04 87 the ww20's are 220 750 07 87 thank you.

Do they look exactly the same...if yes, they'll probably fit.
