Brabus D3 chips interchangable?

Looking at a second had Brabus D3 tuning chip for my recently aquired c320 cdi (W203).

Are they interchangeable as the seller would have me believe?

The unit in question is modelled as a CLS 320 cdi.

I obviously have no knowledge about these sort of things

I am afraid they are not interchangeable although there are the same engine they are setup differently for different models
