I have a broken speaker grill in the drivers door of my W203.

Is there a simple technique to changing these or is it nessecary to remove the full door card?

Any suggestions where I can get a replacement door speaker grill from other than an MB main dealer?

The door card clips are reusable, if you are careful in removing them. The speaker grill fixings are not.

You'll need a hot air gun/ preferably a plastic welder to melt the lugs on the new cover, or you could bodge it with screws and washers.

I really only need to get to the back of the existing grill. There is presently a 10p sized crack pushed inwards.
I'm confident that I can push it back flush and araldite it from behind but I will need to get to the back of it to do this.
I could always try and lever the cracked bit back into position with a screwdriver and hope that it sits flush enough to just leave it alone from there.
I won't know until I start playing.

Try using an opened up paperclip to get behind and pulling out. If you need to replace the whole grill you can melt the little lugs with a soldering iron, but try the paper clip first.
