BT problem

Hey not sure if this has been covered before and can't see if it has but I reset my command earlier in a W204 2013 c class and now my BT just says not authorised and I can't even look for any available devices etc. Anyone have an Idea before I take it to a stealer

Sounds more like a COMAND problem than a BT problem. Have you tried resetting again?
