Bumper Trim Removal ?

Hi

Does anyone know if these trim inserts come out easily, or does the bumper have to be removed?

Can't be much help I'm afraid, but I have checked on one of the Russian Mercedes parts sites to see if there may have been any fixings showing. Unfortunately the drawing doesn't show much and I can't actually see how those inserts are fixed, other than a guess at what looks to me like rows of lugs along the top and bottom edges which could be part of the mouldings.
