C180. Front Springs

My 05 plate C180 needs both front springs replaced , local tyre & exhaust centre say they cant do the job as it requires specialist tool only Merc have, anyone else had this problem ?

I am sure it is correct that a special spring compressor is required.

A good Mercedes specialist should have the correct tools.

I had mine replaced on the CLK a few weeks ago at Mercland.
