My wife has just sold her C class which had the above number on it.

She used to have it spaced as “C200 KP” without any problems.

I guess it could easily be spaced as “C200K P” for any C class Kompressor enthusiasts with an initial P. :)

It’s currently on a retention certificate.

Can anyone tell me if it’s worth anything on the MB scene?

To me, no more than the standard DVLA plates that sell for £150.

The spacing would be illegal, so with legal spacing it reads like any other plate.

Sorry.

That wold be good for someone who has a c200 kompresor. If the right person comes up,i think you`ll get a few hundreds

any plate that is not a dateless reg or doesnt spell out something easily is only valuable to its current owner... market values norminally have little significance.

If you were happy with it, keep it, enjoy it and use it.. selling might generate half what you paid, if it was direct from dvla.. imo..

enjoy what you have :)

Thanks for the comments. You've just confirmed what I thought.:)

I already realised that being vehicle specific, I doubted if it would have any value, but I thought I'd ask.:dk:

I think we'll just put it on the replacement car.

Once again, Thanks.:thumb:

Being legal

C20 OKP

Not worth much more than £150 / £200 I guess?

However as mentioned it will sell for what someone will pay, put in on flea bay with a reserve if you want to gage interest. It could be £50 or £500.

Peter CROOK or Petunia CROOK might be interested too.

I don't think it will make you rich, but pitch it at the right price and wait a while and you may get a nice surprise.
