Due to my impending emigration to the USA the time has come to sell the best car I have ever owned thus far.
If I wasn’t heading west I would happily keep it for many more years.
Usual Mercedes silver but with Designo silver interior (cream leather seats). I have not seen another one with a Designo interior.
52 plate. 91,000 miles.
MOT’d last month. Two advisories; Thin rear pads (new discs & pads now fitted) and slight brake line corrosion (cleaned off and painted).
In my 15 month tenure I have done the following:
Replaced all the front suspension arms.
New front ARB.
New serpentine belt.
Just had the AC serviced by a proper AC specialist.
New brake discs, front and rear.
New rear calipers.
Textar epads on the front and MB pads on the rear.
Replaced the rubber brake flexibles with stainless steel hoses.
Replaced the brake fluid (DOT 4 Plus).
Replaced all the spark plugs.
Replaced every single filter on the car.
Replaced the engine and gearbox mounts.
Changed the ATF and new filter. No sign of the electrics plug leaking but I have a new one.
New rear shock absorbers.
Removed all the plastics underneath, treated any surface rust and painted, waxoyled all over.
Just replaced the dash display led as the old one was fading slightly in the recent hot weather.
Had it remapped by EuroCharged with a 65mm pulley. MSL rolling road printout included. Original pulley is also included.
The engine does not lose coolant, runs fine and there are currently no faults showing on STAR (I have my own).
Everything works as it should and I have been using it as my daily driver.
Latest maps for COMAND are installed and the disc will be provided.
Two nearly new front tyres will also be included.
There are a few stonechips on the front of the car but nothing too severe.
I had the wheelarches painted when I first bought the car as there was just the starting of rust showing.
Asking price is £5,500.
The car is in the Plymouth area.
