Hey guys,
Driving home last night I noticed my car become really slugglish on the motorway, wouldn't go above 2k rpm but eventually I hit 80mph.

This was the first time this has happened but in the previous few months I have had an engine management light on intermittently , the garage diagnosed these as

115100 lambs sensor upstream catalytic converter signal valve too high

121900 no communication message - wheel speed esp.

Would either of these cause the car to go into limp more? I have just taken car out this morning and still has the same problem.

Car is 2008 c320

This has now be diagnosed as a intake port shutoff actuator motor being faulty

my local indy mercedes garage have quoted the following

900 to replace the part including labour

or 1800 if the manifold also need replacing

is this a fair quote?

I had mine replaced yesterday at Mercland , but they also changed the turbo all for 1100 so unless your getting the turbo changed as well I would say that was expensive but if it includes the turbo that is cheap. No idea on the cost of replacing the intake but looking at the work involved I would guess that's about right.
