Just on my way back from viewing the car in the OP...

It's a Cat C and only fit for breaking; interior grubby and very worn, paintwork is pretty bad (needs a full respray) it's had a recent bump on its front bumper, the radiator is leaking quite bad, the front bumper lower grille is missing, the electric windows don't work, there is mould throughtout the interior, the front tyres are past their wear indicators, the bonnet doesn't shut flush.

Even I wouldn't take that on as a resto...

Besides breaking it, the only other option would be stick a getrag box in and use it for track days. Or bumper car racing.
