Confused, The advert says only needs paint to be mint, But then it says its a Cat C write off Does it mean its all fixed, What does Cat C write off mean?
:bannana:

Its been an insurance write off....most likely crashed and has since been rebuilt.

As it's a Cat C it will always be registered on the Insurance Write Off register.

The only reason its been written off is due to the insurance company believing that its beyond economic repair. That doesn't stop somebody from then buying the car and getting it repaired themselves....normally by somebody in the bodyshop trade. I believe that the car has to undertake a full safety examination before it can be passed as being fit for the road.

You may also find it hard to insure the car, as your insurance company will see that its already been a write off before......not completely sure on this last statement....can anybody clarify?
