C43 Backbox

As above, i'm now looking for the C43 backbox (second hand if possible). If anyone does have it, can u confirm that it makes no difference to the sound/performance? (As i've heard it makes no difference, its just cosmetics).

Apparently if you get a backbox off an actual C43 the exhaust note is different to the aftermarket C43 AMG one available from Inchape for non-AMG cars.

The C43 replacement rear box is cheaper than the AMG accessory box by up to £100 and would require a sleeve to be fabricated for fitting.

It is a LOT louder than the standard exhaust, and louder than the C43 with the same exhaust.
